This recipe comes from Natasha's Kitchen. I'm not going to post the recipe here because her recipe is perfect as is. The only change I made was I strained the sauce before pouring it on the chops. *after searing lamb chops, I wipe out the cast iron pan with paper towel as the brown bits seem too burndt. I then add my broth and butter. This way the sauce doesn't have the burnt taste.
